This is a healthier alternative using the microwave oven.
3 onions – Thinly sliced
1/2 tsp oil
1. Take a flat microwave-safe dish and add the onions & the oil to it. You can reduce tha quantity of the oil if required.
2. Spread the onions uniformly in the dish & microwave for 7-8 minutes. Check & stir occasionally as the onions can burn quite fast. Potato fingers can also be made using the same method.
